If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) to us in their original condition in the original unopened box within 14 days of their receipt.

 

The product(s) must not be damaged or used. To organize returns, please contact us by email at macademyireland@gmail.com quoting your order number along with your name, address and the details of the product.

 

Our customer service team will issue full refund (excluding the delivery cost) on receipt of the item(s) or exchange the item(s) if preferred once the item(s) reaches our M Academy shop.

 

Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches PMU Shop. The cost of having the item returned to us is your liability.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION Under Irish distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from m-academy.ie and to receive a full refund. Order cancellations must be made by email at macademyireland@gmail.com.

 

Cancellations must be made before the order is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched already, you can return the goods to us in order to receive a full refund (excluding the delivery cost). Please make sure you quote your order number, name and address in any correspondence with M Academy Shop.
